Orders within Australia under $100 will be charged a flat fee of $10

However, while we take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information, you accept that no Internet data transmission can be guaranteed to be secure from access by unintended recipients and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence.


We respect your right to privacy. None of the information collected on this site will be shared, rented or sold with any outside parties.


THE OUTPOST accepts Paypal, Visa and Mastercard. Orders will be dispatched once your payment has been confirmed.

All prices displayed on our website are quoted in AUD dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the order cancelled.

Product Availability, Contents and Specifications
All products are subject to availability; and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, supply only part of an order or divide orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.

Certain weights, measures and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors; however, the actual color you see will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors. The inclusion of any products or services in this website at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time.


Orders will be processed within 3 business days of their receipt. Orders placed on Sunday (EST) will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Information

Domestic orders are shipped through Australia Post Express. The cost of shipping is determined by weight. 

International orders are shipped Australia Post. Generally orders will be received within 5 - 10 business days, although certain destinations may take longer. All duties related to Customs/VAT/GST are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Shipping is non-refundable and paid for by the customer unless stated. By default all shipments are uninsured. The Outpost does not assume liability for loss.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you should need to return an item, you may return regular priced merchandise to us directly [*see exceptions] within 14 days of receipt for a credit note or exchange, minus the shipping charges, when accompanied by the original sales receipt. We do not refund original or return shipping charges. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Full-priced merchandise must be returned within 14 days from date of delivery. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.

Return packages must be postmarked no later than 14 days from date of original delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper that allows you to track your package. The shipper must make claims for packages lost or damaged in transit. Please include a copy of your receipt inside the package.

The Outpost is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to uncontrollable events. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at The Outpost's sole discretion.

We do not accept returns on items that have been used, altered, or damaged in any way. Also, please note that we do not accept refunds or exchanges on artwork.

We do not have the resources or facilities to maintain archival quality merchandise. All items are in new condition. If you have concerns regarding the appearance of merchandise, please email for additional images before purchasing. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept returned items at our discretion.
